  • At Ashlume, we believe every candle is a story waiting to be lit — and we make sure your story reaches you with care. All our candles are hand-poured in small batches, carefully packed, and shipped from Bangalore.

    Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days, and you’ll receive a confirmation with tracking details once your package is on its way. Please allow 4–7 working days for delivery, depending on your location.​

    We currently ship across India. For remote areas, delivery may take a little longer. All our packages are securely wrapped to ensure your candles arrive in perfect condition — just like they left our hands.

    We offer free shipping all over India on orders above ₹999. For orders below that amount, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

    Please note: We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All payments must be made online at the time of placing the order.
