At Ashlume, each candle is hand-poured with love and intention and we want you to feel that warmth in every order. While we do not offer returns or refunds for a change of mind-no refund will be applicable for any products, we’re here to help if something doesn’t feel right.

If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect product, please reach out to us at hello@ashlume.co within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your request and offer a replacement if eligible.

Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a genuine quality or shipping issue. We hope you understand that this helps us maintain the integrity of our small-batch creations.

At Ashlume, we believe every candle is a story waiting to be lit — and we make sure your story reaches you with care. All our candles are hand-poured in small batches, carefully packed, and shipped from Bangalore.

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days, and you’ll receive a confirmation with tracking details once your package is on its way. Please allow 4–7 working days for delivery, depending on your location.

We currently ship across India. For remote areas, delivery may take a little longer. All our packages are securely wrapped to ensure your candles arrive in perfect condition — just like they left our hands.

We offer free shipping all over India on orders above ₹999. For orders below that amount, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

Please note: We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All payments must be made online at the time of placing the order.
